Request Account Deletion

What deletion means depends on which of our games you are playing, so pick yours for the exact steps. In short: our games hold nothing about you today, and the one that did hold an account deletes all of it on November 23, 2026, or sooner if you ask us.

• Golden Circle — Request Account Deletion
Fully offline. No account, no servers, no personal data — everything stays on your device.
• Word Arrow Block — Request Account Deletion
Now fully offline. Accounts from its former Global Circuit competition (a gamertag, a country and daily solve times) are deleted on November 23, 2026.

The two cases

A game with no account

Most of what we make is offline and single-player. There is no account, we never asked for your email, and your progress never left your device. Uninstalling the game deletes your data — instantly, completely, and with no request to make. We hold nothing to look up, export or erase.

A game with an account

Only one of our games has ever created an account: Word Arrow Block, for its optional Global Circuit competition. Global Circuit has now been removed and the game is fully offline. The accounts created by earlier versions will all be permanently deleted onNovember 23, 2026, with nothing archived and nothing restorable by anyone, including us. Its in-app erasure button no longer works, so to have yours deleted sooner, email us as described below.

Asking us to delete an account

We will do it by hand. Email contact@heptagames.com from an address we can reply to, name the game, and ask us to delete your account.
