Request Account Deletion

What deletion means depends on which of our games you are playing, so pick yours for the exact steps. In short: some of our games hold nothing about you whatsoever, and the ones that do let you erase everything from inside the game, immediately, without asking us.

The two cases
A game with no account
Most of what we make is offline and single-player. There is no account, we never asked for your email, and your progress never left your device. Uninstalling the game deletes your data — instantly, completely, and with no request to make. We hold nothing to look up, export or erase.
A game with an account
Where a game does create an account — of ours, only Word Arrow Block, for its optional Global Circuit competition — the game itself carries the erasure button, in its Settings screen. Pressing it removes the account and everything in it in one irreversible operation: nothing is archived, and nothing is restorable by anyone, including us. It works offline too; the request is held and sent as soon as the game can reach us.
We deliberately do not put a deletion form on this website. An endpoint on the open web whose success case destroys someone's account is a risk we are not willing to create, and the in-app button — which can only ever delete the account signed in on that device — is safer for you as well as for us.
If you have already uninstalled
Then we will do it by hand. Email contact@heptagames.com from an address we can reply to, name the game, and ask us to delete your account.
Please include the gamertag you played under — the name shown on the Global Circuit standings. We hold no email address for you — that is the point of how our accounts work — so an email on its own does not tell us which account is yours. The gamertag is the only handle either of us has. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days of establishing which account it is, normally much sooner.
Each game's own page sets out anything that deletion cannot reach. For Word Arrow Block, that is standings already published for a competition day or week that has finished; those entries carry only a gamertag, a country code and a time, and they leave every live view within a week.
