Request Account Deletion

To delete your game progress and anonymous account data from our servers, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Word Turner app.
  2. Go to Settings > Support.
  3. You will see the Support ID.
  4. You can create and submit a support ticket directly from the Support page, or email us at [email protected] with the Support ID and ask for data deletion.

Note: If you have already uninstalled the app and did not save your Support ID, we cannot locate your anonymous data to delete it, as we do not collect personal information like email addresses.
