Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 5, 2026
Hepta Games Ltd. ("we", "our", "us") publishes a small number of games, and they do not all work the same way — one is entirely offline and holds nothing at all, another has an optional online competition with an account behind it. A single policy covering both could only be vague about each, so every game has its own privacy policy, and the accurate answer to "what do you collect" is whichever one applies to the game you are playing.
Pick your game:
- Golden Circle — Privacy Policy
Fully offline. No account, no servers, no personal data — everything stays on your device. - Word Arrow Block — Privacy Policy
Offline to play. Entering its optional Global Circuit competition creates an account: a gamertag, a country and your daily solve times.
Each game also links to its own policy from its Settings screen, and each policy is the one referenced by that game's App Store and Google Play listings.
What is true of every game we publish
These commitments are studio-wide. Where a game's own policy is more specific, that policy governs — but none of our games departs from the list below.
- No advertising. None of our games contains an advertising SDK or displays ads.
- No analytics and no trackers. No analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no attribution SDK, no advertising identifier, in any of our games.
- We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising or marketing purposes.
- We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number in order for you to play. None of our games has a sign-up form.
- We collect no more than a game needs to work. A game that needs nothing collects nothing.
- Where a game holds anything about you, you can erase it yourself, from inside that game, without asking us.
- Our games are for general audiences but not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
We are a company registered in England and Wales, so UK and EU GDPR apply. You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy in a portable form. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
How to exercise those rights depends on the game, so the practical instructions live in each game's policy and on Request Account Deletion. For a game that holds nothing about you there is, genuinely, nothing for us to look up or erase.
