Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
1. Introduction
Hepta Games Ltd. ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all games and apps published by Hepta Games Ltd. (each, a "Game") and explains what data we do and do not collect, and how we will handle data if our Games introduce online features in the future.
By using a Game, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
2. The Short Version
Our Games are currently offline and single-player. They do not require an account, and we do not collect personal data. Your gameplay and progress stay on your own device and are never sent to our servers.
3. Information We Collect
Today, we collect no personal data through our Games. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number (unless you choose to email us directly), and we do not run accounts or cloud saves.
The platform you download a Game from (the Apple App Store or Google Play) may collect limited technical and diagnostic information under its own policies. This is governed by Apple and Google, not by us.
4. Future Online Features
As our Games grow, we may introduce online features — such as accounts, cloud-synced progress, advertising, and analytics — to help fund and support continued development. Before any of these features collect data from you, we will:
- Update this Privacy Policy to describe exactly what is collected, why, and who it is shared with
- Identify the third-party providers involved (for example, ad networks and analytics SDKs) and link to their policies
- Request any consent required by law (for example, for personalized advertising)
- Update the affected Game's App Store and Google Play data disclosures to match
Until a Game announces such a feature, none of this data is collected.
5. Third-Party Services (When Introduced)
If and when a Game uses third-party SDKs or tools, they will process data under their own privacy policies. These may include services such as:
- Google Play Services
- Advertising networks (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, IronSource)
- Analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, GameAnalytics)
Where relevant, you should review the privacy policies of these services:
6. Children's Privacy
Our Games are suitable for general audiences but not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data Retention
Because our Games currently store everything locally on your device, we hold no data to retain. If we introduce online features, we will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the relevant feature, and will describe our retention periods at that time.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect any data we hold against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of data storage or transmission is 100% secure.
9. Your Rights (UK & EU Users)
Under UK and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. Because we currently hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access or erase. If we collect personal data in the future, these rights will apply and you can exercise them using the contact details below.
10. International Data Transfers
If we introduce features that process your data, that data may be processed on servers located outside the UK or EEA. We will ensure adequate protection in accordance with GDPR requirements when such transfers occur.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — in particular, before launching any feature that collects data. The latest version will always be available in our Games and on our official website, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly.
