Terms & Conditions

Each game published by Hepta Games Ltd. carries its own terms and conditions. A game with an online competition needs rules about fair play and public standings that would be meaningless in a single-player offline puzzle, so the terms that actually bind you are the ones for the game you are playing:

• Golden Circle — Terms & Conditions

  A word puzzle you play offline, with an optional daily global competition.

Each game also links to its own terms from its Settings screen.

What applies across all of them

Where a game's own terms are more specific, those govern. The following holds for every game we publish, and for this website.

• Licence. Our games and their content — text, graphics, sounds, music, puzzle data and gameplay systems — belong to Hepta Games Ltd. or its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or extract and republish a game's content.
• Provided "as is". Our games come with no warranty of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our games — including loss of data or progress. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Purchases. Where a game offers a purchase, it is processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms and refund policies. We do not store or process payment details. None of our games currently has in-app purchases.
• Changes. We may update our games, their features and these terms. The current version always lives at this address, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
• Governing law. The laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom — except that a consumer resident elsewhere keeps any right to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
