1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to Word Arrow Block (the "Game"), published by Hepta Games Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales. By downloading or using the Game you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not install or use it. Our other games have their own terms, linked at the foot of this page.

How we handle data is covered separately, in the Privacy Policy.

2. Ownership and License

All content in the Game — including its puzzles and puzzle data, text, graphics, sounds, music, and gameplay systems — is the intellectual property of Hepta Games Ltd. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Game, or extract, decrypt or redistribute its puzzle data
• Use the Game, or our servers, for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Purchases

The Game has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no virtual currency. Nothing in the Game costs money, and no feature is withheld behind a payment. If that ever changes, any purchase would be processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms and refund policies; we would not store or process payment information ourselves.

4. Global Circuit — The Competition

Global Circuit is an optional daily competition. Taking part is free, requires no purchase, and creates an account as described in the Privacy Policy. It is a game feature, not a prize competition, lottery or gambling service: there is no entry fee and no prize, and a placing carries no monetary value.

How it runs:

• Each day carries one authored board per game mode, the same board for every player, and you get one attempt per mode per day. An attempt that is not completed inside its time cap, and a day you do not play, both score as a non-finish.
• Your weekly standing sums your best five of the week's seven days. Weeks run Sunday to Saturday, UTC.
• Days and weeks are settled after they end, and a settled result is final.

We may change the format, the boards, the time caps, the scoring or the schedule, and we may suspend, reset or discontinue Global Circuit entirely, for maintenance or at our discretion. It is a free feature of a game and we do not promise it will run forever, or that it will be available without interruption. Your offline single-player progress is stored on your own device and is not affected by any of this.

5. Your Gamertag

The gamertag you choose labels your row on the public standings. You agree that it will not:

• be obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise offensive;
• impersonate another person, us, or a member of our team;
• contain another person's personal information, or advertising;
• contain your own personal information you would not want published — remember it is public.

We may change or reclaim a gamertag that breaks these rules, and we may suspend an account that repeatedly does. Gamertags are unique while in use and are not owned or reserved: erasing your account releases yours for someone else.

6. Fair Play

Global Circuit is a speed competition, and it only works if the times on it are real. You agree not to:

• use a modified copy of the Game, an automated solver, a bot, a macro, or any tool that plays or assists play on your behalf;
• tamper with the Game's data, its network traffic, or your device's clock in order to influence a result;
• submit a time you did not achieve by playing, or extract or share a board's solution before that board's day has ended;
• hold more than one account in order to take more than one attempt at a day's board;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, or to disrupt, overload, probe or attack them.

Where we find that a result was not achieved by playing fairly, we may void it, remove it from the standings, adjust the affected table, and suspend or ban the account. We may ban an account without prior notice where the conduct is clear. If you think we have got that wrong, write to us — see Section 12.

7. Public Standings

By taking part in Global Circuit you agree that your gamertag, your country code and your times may be published on the public standings, which anyone can read, and that a standing already published for a day or week that has ended is a historical record and is not rewritten. This is explained in full in Section 7 and Section 9 of the Privacy Policy, and you should read those before entering.

8. Accounts, Progress and Deletion

An account is a convenience for the competition, not a possession: it has no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and your trophies, counters and placements are game records rather than property.

You can erase your account and everything in it at any time, from inside the Game — Settings → Delete All Data. It is immediate and irreversible, and nothing is archived. See Request Account Deletion.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. Where we do, your offline single-player progress on your device is unaffected.

9. Availability and Third-Party Services

The Game plays offline; Global Circuit needs a network connection and depends on services we do not control, including your platform's sign-in service and our hosting providers. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or reachable from every network or country.

The Game displays no advertising and contains no analytics or advertising SDK.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that defects will be corrected, or that any competition result, standing or record will be preserved indefinitely.

Use of the Game is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hepta Games Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game — including loss of data, gameplay progress, competition results, standings or trophies.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Updates, Governing Law and Contact

We may update the Game, its features, or these Terms at any time; the current version always lives at this address and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom — except that, if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep any right you have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
