1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to Golden Circle (the "Game"), published by Hepta Games Ltd. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Game. Our other games have their own terms — see the links at the foot of this page.

2. Ownership and License

All content in the Game — including text, graphics, images, sounds, music, and gameplay — is the intellectual property of Hepta Games Ltd. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. In-App Purchases

Golden Circle contains no in-app purchases and no advertising. If that ever changes:

• All purchases would be processed by the App Store or Google Play and subject to their terms and refund policies.
• We do not store or process payment information directly.

For any billing question about a purchase made through a platform, check your platform's purchase history or contact their support.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or cheat in the Game
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Game
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Golden Circle has no online, social or multiplayer features, so there is nothing here for you to disrupt for anybody else.

5. Virtual Items and Game Progress

The Game has no virtual currency and no purchasable items. Your level progress is stored on your device and has no real-world monetary value; it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between users. Uninstalling the Game removes it.

6. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The Game displays no advertising and includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. If that ever changes, we will say so in the Game's Privacy Policy and in its store data disclosures before the feature ships.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.

Use of the Game is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hepta Games Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game — including loss of data or gameplay progress.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the Game, its features, or these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available in the Game and on our official website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
